The first BBQ chicken recipe is one that has many variations. This recipe cooks the chicken in a dutch oven and uses Coca Cola and BBQ sauce - pretty easy!

1 can coca cola
1 16 oz bottle favorite BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Arrange the chicken breasts in an oiled dutch oven, mix the bbq sauce, coca cola and spices, pour over chicken. Cover over medium coals for 60-70 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.

Here's another BBQ chicken recipe, but this one is for the grill and with a spicy sauce:
Spicy BBQ Chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 clove garlic
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2/3 cup wine vinegar
1 1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
6 lbs of chicken, cut up

Prepare the sauce by cooking the onion and garlic in the oil in a medium saucepan until just tender. Stir in the vinegar, catsup, mustard, celery seed, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season the chicken with salt and then grill for 35-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until done. Apply the sauce during the last ten minutes.

Ok, and now for one final BBQ chicken recipe.
Vermont BBQ Chicken
1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
chicken cutlets (thin pieces of chicken, like you can buy as chicken tenders in the meat section)

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Blend the chili sauce, oil, maple syrup, and vinegar in s small bowl. Dip the chicken into the sauce to completely coat. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes, turning and brushing the bbq sauce on often. Cook until nicely browned and cook all the way through.
