It's been interesting to me to see how different parts of the country do bbq! In some places, they don't believe in any sauce and flavor the meat with a rub only. For those areas that believe in doing bbq with sauce, there are a bunch of different kinds. This video tells you all about different sauces. And it's a fun video to boot!

Yes – very entertaining! I know it’s not the south…..but how do they leave out KC BBQ? Missouri does a fine job of barbecuing as well!

True, true! I suppose that the South thinks of themselves a little bit different from the rest of the country?
