Dutch Oven Beans
Use a 14 inch Dutch Oven and cook at approximately 325 degrees using 17 briquettes on top and 10 on the bottom. Simmer for an hour and a half.
Brown ground beef and bacon, and then add onions and green peppers and cook until the onion is a clear color. Add the rest of the ingredients except the beans and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and add pork and beans. Reduce briquettes to 14 and 7 and simmer for an hour. This recipe will serve 25 people.
