Dutch Oven Beef Stroganoff

1 onion, chopped
2 lbs extra lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper
1 cup water
3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (12 oz) bag egg noodles

Brown meat onion and spices in Dutch oven.  While meat is browning, mix together water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sacue, and sour cream.  When meat is browned, spread uncooked noodles evenly over meat and onion mixture.  Pour liquid mixture over noodles to moisten all noodles well.  Cover with lid, place 15 briquets on top.  Cook 30-45 minutes.
