I just uploaded a video that I've been trying to get done for awhile. It's part of a new series that I hope to add a lot of videos to in the upcoming year. It goes along with my Outdoor Cooking Magic Tricks ebook (and soon to be released BIG Book of Outdoor Cooking Magic Tricks). It's a series of short videos showing a specific trick that you can use to improve your outdoor cooking skills. I'm planning on filming these in HD, so I hope you enjoy them.
I love to cook outdoors, whether it's grilling, barbecuing, dutch oven cooking, or cooking over a campfire! To me, food always tastes better when it's cooked outdoors!
