Spicy Campfire Chicken Wings

24 to 36 chicken wings (depending on size
Hot Sauce & Pepper Seasoning
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
Vidalia Onions, sliced

Place chicken wings in a bag, and shake with the Hot sauce and pepper seasoning. Put the wings in a colander.  Fill a pot with the water, vinegar and onions and bring to a boil. Place colander over the pot. Cover and steam for 45 minutes.
